Services Provided
Cebrera's Lawn & Landscaping provides residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping services in the Grain Valley, Missouri area, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, landscaping, and related outdoor services. All services are subject to availability and our scheduling capacity.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions, scope of work, or changes requested by the customer. We will communicate any pricing changes before work begins whenever possible.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify you promptly if a change is necessary.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection activity.
Property Access
By requesting our services, you authorize Cebrera's Lawn & Landscaping and its crew members to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible and free of hazards, including securing pets and removing obstacles from the work area.
Limitation of Liability
Cebrera's Lawn & Landscaping is not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by hidden obstacles, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
